Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets no advertising cookies of its own. Third parties whose services appear on these pages — Google reCAPTCHA, and any advertising or affiliate networks whose creatives are displayed — may set cookies or read device identifiers under their own policies. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser will not prevent you from reading anything here, though the contact form requires reCAPTCHA to function.
Google reCAPTCHA
Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects hardware and software information and behavioural signals to distinguish humans from bots. This information is sent to Google and used in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you would prefer not to use it, email us directly instead.
How we use your information

We do not sell personal information. We do not add contact-form senders to marketing lists. We share your details with a hosting provider only when you explicitly ask us to make an introduction.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to privacy@recordhosting.com and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated server-side, rate limited and protected by reCAPTCHA. Access to enquiry email is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or health information through the contact form — tell us you need a secure channel and we will arrange one.
